CCTV Pipeline Inspections

Pipeline inspections are necessary prior to rehabilitation or for general investigations as well as data collection for asset management. Camjet utilises specialised pipe mapping and fault finding technology with fully digital recordings and examination tools. Camjet has a variety of cameras to service many different applications.

Micro CCTV Cameras

Application

For small diameter pipes from 40mm to 70mm. Report includes DVD.

Pan & Tilt Camera

Application

For pipe sizes 160mm to 1500mm. Used in bigger bore pipelines. Camera records in full colour with auto focus. Reporting system uses WinCam V8.

Sonar Profiler

Application

For submerged or semi-submerged pipes. Provides a two dimensional profile of the interior pipe wall including dimensional data of significant items or defects. Reporting uses WinCan V8.

Push Rod Camera

Application

For pipe sizes 110mm to 160mm. Ideal for troubleshooting and domestic inspections. Camera records in full colour. Report includes DVD.

Digisewer Camera

Application

For pipe sizes 160mm to 600mm. This camera has a fish-eye lens that captures an 180 degree view of the pipe. A specialised reporting package allows the viewer to see not only the front view, but also an unfolded view that enables accurate and fast measurements and analysis.

Laser Profiler

Application

For submerged or semi-submerged pipes. Provides a two dimensional profile of the interior pipe wall including dimensional data of significant items or defects. Reporting uses WinCan V8.
